unfortunately, I had to rent a vehicle twice in the past three months because my car was in the body shop. Both times the body shop arranged for my rental through Beaver Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The gentleman that came to pick me up (both times) was very kind and talkative. Made the short trip to Enterprise comfortable, plus he was a good driver. I get a lot of anxiety with some other drivers, and I did not experience that with him. Once at the rental shop everyone was very courteous and polite. The second time I was in a rental it was for 3 weeks, Tom the manager put up with me for those three weeks in the most professional manner. I would not hesitate to use this Enterprise if I needed to a rent a vehicle in the future.
Book a car here and when came to pick it up they ask me for a phone bill or an utility bill on my name (because my license was Ohio no Pensilvania) I didn't have any at that moment so they didn't rent me the car the exact same day of my trip it was a really set back
No matter how busy they are, they are always smiling, pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond. I have used them often, and have looked forward to seeing them. From front desk to the drivers who pick you up, it's personal, friendly service.
The customer service at this location is always excellent. They usually have a nice selection of vehicles and are very accommodating. Kelly here is the GREATEST!
I had a very bad experience with another location. This location went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I was truly out of line and she still gave me the best of service.
