Let me start by saying I've only ever been to the Chippewa location of Allan's, but I've gotten a lot of jewelry from them over the years and it's always been a great experience. They're on trend with new styles and have a wide selection for any buyer. Staff is friendly and knowlegable. My husband went to Allan's for my engagement ring and he was pleased with how the employees made him feel welcome and comfortable with the process.
Kevin Bingle patiently worked with Rick & I to design & deliver an exceptionally unique engagement ring. The vendor producing the rendors was not quite as detail oriented as we were, but Kevin understood & expected the same precision that we envisioned. In the end, the ring turned out magnificent!! It far surpassed our expectations.

He has guided me and my family in choosing the perfect gifts for many different occasions all this time. I sent my brother to Kevin and staff for an anniversary ring for his wife and the results were incredible. The honesty and integrity of the Bingles, as first experienced by his father Don, has been repeatedly shown to be at the highest level. I wouldn't even think of going somewhere else.
My husband and I went to this location of Allan Jewelers for our wedding bands. All of the men in his family got their rings from Allan's, but the other location. We liked the selection of the rings and the options to customize them. However, they ordered my husband's ring incorrectly not once, but twice. The ring was not in by the wedding date, so my husband got married with a substitute ring. Two weeks after the wedding, we had not heard anything about the ring, so we called. The ring was in, but we cannot be sure when it arrived. We had to make a special trip up to Beaver 4 times to get this issue resolved. My husband has his ring now and loves it, but they only offered us a small compensation for this poor experience. We wish we would have continued working with the other location.
Kevin & his staff are always friendly & accomodating. I've dealt with this store for 15 years or more, and couldn't imagine getting my jewelry anywhere else.
