Prompt service and good food for the price
I order from here CONSTANTLY, though I haven't ordered for a while because I haven't been ordering out in general. I almost always get delivery because it's super convenient. Back in the winter, I was probably getting a delivery order twice a month, if not more. I called down this evening to place an order for delivery and was told that my address could not be found. I spoke to three different people on the phone and was told that they didn't know where it was and if they delivered there or not. I have a Beaver address. This store is located in Beaver. I'm failing to understand how no one could find a Beaver address when the restaurant is located in Beaver. It's even more confusing seeing that I've ordered from this same restaurant and had food delivered to this same address probably 50 times or more since they have been in business. It was an extremely frustrating experience and ended with me deciding not to order from there tonight. Their food is definitely good and I'm usually pleased with their service, even if the wait times can get a little lengthy occasionally. Tonight, however, I was completely blown away by the lack of organization and the unnecessary hassle and confusion that ensued.
Unfortunately, they delivered it almost 2 hours late. Luckly the foods good but terrible service and I don't really recommend cold pizza..
Foxes pizza is trash, my pizza tasted horrible, I found a funky ass band-aid in the bottom of my pizza box. I found a long grey hair in my wings, I’m disgusted.
The woman who took my order was very friendly. I ordered a small two topping pizza and a drink for a total of 10 dollars with tip. Obviously that makes me happy. But to back it up, the pizza was delicious.
Usually not a fan of chain restaurants but they are an exception
